About Luxor Stables
Since 1995, Luxor Stables has operated as a family business on the West Bank of the Nile in Luxor and is the only stable to hold official government certification. The stables are owned and run by Nobi. The lead guides, Mamdoh and Mohamed, have many years of combined experience leading riders of various skill levels. Animal welfare is extremely important to Luxor Stables. The horses are kept together in spacious paddocks, they have good roughage and always drinking water available. The horse
harness is well fitting and well maintained.

Detailed Agenda for 7 Day program:
Day 1 – Fayoum Oasis Arrival
Upon arrival at Cairo airport, embrace a scenic transfer to the tranquil haven of Fayoum. Experience a captivating 2.5-hour ride around the shimmering lake, soaking in the serene surroundings. Nestle into the comforts of a Fayoum hotel and indulge in a delightful dinner.
Day 2 – Lake Exploration & Desert Camp
Awaken to a delightful breakfast before embarking on an enchanting ride south of the lake. Embrace an adventurous overnight desert camp, immersing yourself in the beauty of the vast expanse under the starry sky. Enjoy a sumptuous dinner in the midst of this natural sanctuary.
Day 3 – Desert Wilderness
Continue your exploration with a ride north of the lake, reveling in the untamed beauty of the desert. Spend another mesmerizing night at the desert camp, delighting in dinner surrounded by the tranquility of nature’s embrace.
Day 4 – Luxor Bound Adventure
Travel back to Fayoum by jeep and catch a flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, transfer to a Luxor hotel. Settle in with a short village ride, acquainting yourself with the horses and the local charm. Be treated to a heartwarming welcome dinner.
Day 5 – Temple Adventures
Witness the magical sunrise near the Hatshepsut Temple during a captivating 3-hour ride, catching glimpses of hot air balloons ascending. Enjoy leisurely breakfasts and free time. Traverse to Hatshepsut Temple on a morning ride, followed by a breathtaking desert sunset ride near the Habu Temple.
Day 6 – Historical Marvels
Opt for an optional sunrise balloon flight over the Valley of the Queens and Kings, a captivating 2-3-hour experience. Enjoy free time to explore historical sites with a guide, punctuated by an evening 2-hour ride. Conclude the day with a dinner treat at the hotel.
Day 7 – Departure
Savor a delicious breakfast before transferring to Luxor Airport. If time allows, explore the vibrant souqs or other East bank attractions.

- Children: minimum age is 8 years old and children under 18 years old need to be supervised
- Suitable for any level of rider with normal fitness. If you are unsure or have physical limitations, inquire as to

Arrival by airplane
Book your flight tickets with arrival and departure to and from Luxor, Egypt, alternative airport is Hurghada airport
(approximately 4 hours drive from Luxor). For both airports we can arrange airport transfers for a fee.
Payment policy
A deposit of 30% is required upon booking, upon receipt of the deposit the booking will be confirmed. The balance must
be paid in full 6 weeks before the start date. If you book your holiday within 6 weeks before the start date, the full travel
sum must be paid immediately.
Cancellation Policy
The cost of cancellation depends on the time of cancellation: up to 30 days, the cost is only equal to the deposit; if
cancelled between 15-30 days, the costs are 50%, and if less than 15 days before the start date, the costs are 100%.
